Koning Art & Photography will have five photographs (photos below) on display for the entire duration of the exhibition as part of the  “Alchemical (Im) Possibilities, a Photographic Exhibition & Contest”

Show Description: 

At its most basic, alchemy is a process that uses magic to create perfection from something worthless. A form of chemistry and philosophy practiced in the Middle Ages, that concerned itself with transfiguring common substances of little worth into something more valuable. Photography is an art form that has its roots in chemistry but has become so much more. From the darkroom to instant Polaroid imagery to modern cell phones, the magic of photography has only grown through the ages. Photographers often see the world around them in a unique way and are able to turn something ordinary into the extraordinary. From concrete wet processing to digital wizardry, creative possibilities abound.
